THE BEST Vegan Paleo Chocolate Hazelnut “Nutella” FroYo (Frozen Yogurt) Recipe (GF, Vegan, Refined Sugar Free, Paleo, Raw)
I LOVE Frozen Yogurt! It is so much lighter than ice cream, especially the vegan ones! This is rich, creamy, nutty and not too sweet (add more sweetener if you like) he natural probiotics (plus my secret ingredient) settles the stomach. You get a delicious treat and feel great! YES!!!

Ingredients-
1/3 cup Hazelnut Butter, unsweetened
1/4 cup plus 1 Tbl Raw Cacao (or Cocoa powder), unsweetened
1/4 cup plus 1 Tbl Honey, Raw and local is best
1/2 tsp Sea salt, Himalayan is best
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup of Oat milk (use Almond, Cashew or your favorite milk especially if Paleo)
1 cup Vegan Yogurt ( I LOVE Kite Hill Unsweetened Almond. That is the best. (Use your favorite one)
Secret ingredient- 2 scoops (servings or capsules broken open) of your favorite probiotic powder. I like HMF INTENSIVE.
Optional garnish and add ins- Cocoa nibs, Toasted and chopped Hazelnuts, here is a raw brownie tart recipe. Make the crust part of the recipe and either fold in or crumble over. Here is a yummy chocolate cookie recipe, a yummy add in as cookie dough, warm cookie, or cookie pieces. THE LIST IS ENDLESS!
Directions-
- Add everything in Vitamix, blender, food processor (bowl and mix by hand). Get it smooth.
- If it is all cold, spin in your ice cream maker. Place in a freezer safe covered container.
- It will stay velvety for at least 5 hours.
- Once in freezer overnight, you will have to thaw it at room temp for about 15 minutes. It will be a creamy as ever!
