This is an exciting therapy that I wanted to learn and integrate into my practice since before I started NUNM. It combines my intuitive energy work with bodywork. The therapy is very safe, gentle, and extremely effective. Excellent for pain of any kind, sinus congestion, digestion, anxiety, depression, and every ailment in between. The practitioner is trained to listen to the body with their hands, helping the body find balance. As they find a place of imbalance or trauma, on any level (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual), the practitioner follows the body to find its place of healing. Commonly, this is done using the cerebrospinal fluid within the nervous system. It also works on aligning the muscles and tissues surrounding all of the bones of the body.
I had the unbelievable pleasure of training with Dr. Anne Hill in 2012 and 2013. She is an incredible naturopath and healer.
